I won't bore everyone with the details of my 29 year old's fibro journey, but
after YEARS of intense pain and THOUSANDS of dollars spent on doctors,
etc., this is her protocol that has resulted in her living a pain-free life. . . .
and Dr. Purser's book on fibro has helped immensely. Since she first
wrote this protocol she has been living pain-free and has taken up running!

Amanda's fibro protocol:
Sulfurzyme: up to 1 tablespoon once daily - started off at twice daily
BLM 4 capsules daily - started with 12 capsules daily.
Ningxia Red 2-6 oz daily, depending on how I'm feeling energy-wise
Progessence Plus - I pretty much bathe in this stuff. I go through a bottle
about every three to four weeks. I use it as a moisturizer on my face, and
I apply it to my forearms neck/chest twice daily. (Sometimes three times
daily if my pain level is too high.)
PD 80/20 - I am currently taking 1 capsule daily. Dr. Dan Purser
discouraged using more than what is recommended.
Femigen - 2 capsules daily
Multi-Greens: 3 capsules twice daily
Comfortone: 3 capsules twice daily
Super C: 4 chewables daily
ICP: 1-2 teaspoons daily
Valor: 4-5 drops applied to the bottom of my feet once or twice daily
Frankincense: 7 drops orally once daily (started out at twice daily)
Lemongrass: 15 drops in a capsule daily (is very good for connective
tissue and inflammation)
When needed I have used the pain blends in the Essential Oils Desk Reference, 4th edition (there are two) and taken them orally as needed and applied them topically to the location
of pain. Deep Relief Roll On also works very well for localized pain. When I don't
have time to make a Fibro blend I fill a capsule with Sacred Mountain (it
has several of the oils in the Fibro blend.)
I personally love a half-and-half combo of Lavender and Copaiba as a
muscle relaxer when my muscles are stiff or sore, it works wonders for me!

My mom did multiple raindrops on me, but none in the last three weeks. I
also did 3 foot detoxes and I take magnesium orally 5 times a week. (pretty
hefty dose of magnesium.)
I am also taking Vitamin D3, Omega Blues, and Calcium in pretty hefty
I use 1 teaspoon Alkalime per day - 3-4 days per week, depending on my
diet. I've altered my diet to try to eat more alkaline foods and less acidic
foods. (I cut my cheese intake at least in half, and increased my
consumption of nuts, avocados, and green leafy veggies.) I make
a green smoothie daily, plus 1/2 cucumber, 3-5 times a week.
I know this is a *LOT*, but I feel like a different person! I used to sleep
12 hours at night, and still drag at the end of the day, and now I sleep
8 hours and have plenty of energy! (Thank you Ningxia.) My pain level is
*way* down. For the last year it has consistently been between 6-9, it is
now between 1-3. My chest pain is almost completely gone. I feel like I am
living in someone else's body!
For me personally, Progessence, Valor, Ningxia, and Sulfurzyme are
absolutely must-haves. I feel that those four supplements made the most
